It took us several months to figure out how to get seamless zoning working. Even the people on the Bigworld forums, most of them don't know how to do it. And the few who knew how weren't talking. Finally, someone from Germany sent me a video showing how he did it, but it was very short and didn't completely explain everything. Using the hints from that video and discussion with a couple other people, we finally figured it out. Since then I've made some training videos (mostly for my team) while doing the work of creating the zones. I thought perhaps some of you would like to see what it takes to create the seamless zones in a game as massive as Visions. Each seam (read that as one edge) takes about 20+ hours of work. This is the message I posted to the Bigworld forums, in gratitude to the people who helped us, as well as to help anyone else who comes along after us needing the same help.

Thanks to the input of a few people, as well as one person from Germany, we were able to piece together the steps required to get seamless zoning working. I've made some videos of my work on this and posted them to YouTube so others maybe won't have to struggle as long as we did trying to figure this out.

These are UNEDITED videos. Yes, I make some mistakes as I go along. Then I fix them. You'll make mistakes too. It's always good to know how to fix things you break. And besides that, I am trying to make a game here, I don't have time to edit 8 hours of video. Use what you can, discard the rest. Move along. Make great games!
God bless you,

Creating seamless zones
Re: Creating seamless zones
That merging and modification of Zones looks to be extremely tedious, though you are very patient and doing a great job. Keep up the great work =)
God bless and keep persevering!
