We hope to be able to purchase a real property to establish our business offices, with actual desks, computers, and conference rooms.
We hope to be able to pay our developers competetive salaries.
We hope to offer desireable benefits plans.
We hope to offer relocation packages to our developers who are currently living in distant locations and would have to move to be able to join us at a physical campus.
Until then... we keep doing the best we can with what we have.

After 3.5 years of development, we are still working with an entirely volunteer team. We are still seeking more helpers, as we realistically need a full time team of about 100 people. We're working with about 25 people part time. We are making progress but it is slower than we want it to be to actually be able to finish this. We've had many contributions in the way of resources, tools, and time, but very few in the way of financials. We have a plan of action in the works, we're hoping to see more significant progress in the next few months as we implement the tools neccesary to achieve our goals.
I have been told that it's quite remarkable to maintain a volunteer development team for longer than 6 months. The driving force behind this project is much bigger than I am. This certainly isn't a "normal" team of developers, that's for sure. We have some extraordinary talent and some very dedicated individuals. Things don't always work out like we think they should, or as quickly as we want them to, but we're all excited to be part of this project. Sometimes God works in ways which are not our ways, but they show how God the "master potter" can do great things through "a broken pot". There will reach a point when we do need funding, but so far God has met all our needs through gracious contributions of time, equipment, products and resources from our team of volunteers and interested parties. We continue to put our trust in Him and He continues to bless us in ways we never imagined possible. Thank you all for your prayers and your support!
